Bridal Appointment

Step into a private, personalized experience with one of our expert bridal stylists. During this 90 minute appointment, you’ll receive undivided attention, curated gown selections, and a celebratory atmosphere to say “yes” in style.

Appointment Fee FOR SF & ALAMEDA:
• $55 Weekday
• $55 Weekend (including Friday)

✨ A $55 appointment fee is charged for your appointment and will be waived if you purchase your gown on the same day as your appointment.

A $150 cancellation fee applies to appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice or in the event of a no-show. This also applies to return appointments.

Bridal Pick-up Wedding Gown

For our brides looking to have a little bigger bite of luxury on their special day you will have a private area with your entourage, and you can all “pop, fizz, clink” together with champagne and appetizers.

Frequently Asked Questions

When should I start looking for a wedding dress?

We suggest looking for a dress as soon as possible to ensure that your dress can be ordered in time and custom tailored to fit you like a glove before the big day. All of our options will be available to you with an 8-12 month time frame, but we do have some options starting at the 4 month window.

We suggest nude or white underwear to help minimize the colors from distracting your entourage. Underwear is a requirement for your appointments to help keep the dresses clean and sanitary for others trying on.

Our dresses range from $800-$6000. If you are looking for a custom dress please call to inquire. 

We have bust cups and support built in to each of our dresses. Wearing a bra is optional, but we do suggest bringing a strapless one if you can so you aren’t distracted by the straps in a strapless gown.

Yes. We ask that you keep your spanx thin and keep the thick shapewear and corsets at home.

What sets our store apart from the rest in the area is our custom alterations and design department. Here we can add custom elements to your dress or change the one thing that is holding you back from saying yes.

No. We provide pedestals at each try on station to give the illusion of a heel in the dress. We ask that you try on the dresses barefoot. If you would like to bring a pair of shoes in, we will allow you to try on with the dress that you say yes to.

There is an appointment fee for a 90 min service with an expert stylist.
